Kendriya Vidyalaya

This Vidyalaya was set up in civil sector for the education of the children of the Defense personnel and ex-servicemen but due to its situation in rural area and unavailability of the priority category, the children of general public are benefited by getting admission here. In 1987 the Vidyalaya started from I to V with 101 students. At present the strength of the Vidyalaya is more than 800 and classes up to XII science, XII humanities. Additional Section of Class X( Sanctioned for year 2009-10). 04 student selected in SGFI for Kabbadi (1 boy & 3 Girls) in 2011-12. 13 students selected for KVS National Meet in the current session 2012 out of which for the first time students created history in Taekwondo by winning 3 silver and 1 bronze medal at the Regional Sports meet.
