• Receive promotional mails/special offers from MYC_IEPL or any of its associate/partner websites.
• Be contacted by MYC_IEPL in accordance with the information provided by the User.
• Mycindia.com reserves the right to use the user’s mobile and demographic information such as age, sex and location to conduct targeted mobile marketing campaigns even for third parties wishing to advertise using our database.

Any payment received after that may not result in acceptance of the application as a valid entry by the college. Application Summary:

This information on every application summary would be available in the "my account" section after the user has made the payment. Any application submitted by the user will be available in their account for a period of six months beyond which we may or may not retain the information on our server.

T & C for Scholarship:

This scholarship is at the sole discretion of the management of Mycindia.com . This offer can be withdrawn at any future point in time without any reason whatsoever.

To be eligible for the scholarship students need to apply firstly through the Common Application Form on the MYCINDIA.COM website to their preferred college and courses. The student will be given a unique ID from Mycindia.com for the purpose of tracking his application.

The scholarship will come into play after the student confirms his admission at any of the college which have been applied through the Common Application Form on www.mycindia.com. Along with the payment receipt the student will submit the unique ID from Mycindia.com to the counsellor associated with him.

The amount of the scholarship will be upto a maximum of 20000/- INR which will be adjusted as part of the first year college tuition fee of the student. The actual amount of the scholarship offered to any student is at the sole discretion of Mycindia.com management and no disputes will be entertained for the same. If student cancels admission due to any reason at the college he/she is liable to return the scholarship amount as well to Mycindia.com.
