Rayat Bahra University came into existence in 2014 as a comprehensive university based on new educational concepts. It is the heart of the Rayat Bahra Group of Institutes (RBGI) and it is not only a dream come true for me personally, but also marks another major step in transformation of the educational system by training the youths, who are future of our nation. Since its inception, Rayat Bahra University has promoted constant reforms in order to create a flexible education and research organization as well as a new university system that would meet the needs of the next generation.
It is immense pride in saying that in a short span of time, the university has emerged out as a national and international identity in areas of education, research and creativity, where we offer our students a research-enriched education that is complemented by applied, clinical and work-integrated learning opportunities, among the best in the world.
The university has been conferred as 'University of the year-2015' by higher education review for establishing several industrial collaborations and thereby enhancing employability among its graduates. This effort depicts the university's substantial contribution in the field of education.
As we move ahead into an increasingly interconnected and globalized world, we continue to strengthen our connections within the international community. We have established our presence internationally by entering into reciprocal agreements with foreign universities; thereby allowing us to strengthen our academics, research and experience sharing by means of exchange programs for students and visiting professors.
Latest technologies are employed for effective delivery of the curriculum, which is also industry orientated. Rayat Bahra University is also committed socially, by offering scholarships & concessions to needy students in various categories, thus assisting parents from heavy burden of high cost of educating their wards these days.
