APEX PROFESSIONAL UNIVERSITY (APU) was established by Arunachal Pradesh STATE govt. and Apex Foundation Bangalore. It is located at the Pasighat in Distt. East Siang Arunachal Pradesh. APU is a self-finance university. ON DEMAND EXAMINATION SYSTEM (ODES)- On Demand Online Examination is an innovative step forward to make the examination system more flexible and provide an opportunity for the learners to take up the examinations as per their desire and preparation subject to availability of the seats in the examination.
