The Bachelor of Technology + Master of Technology (Applied Geology) is an Integrated / Dual Degree Course of Minimum 5 Years (10 Semester) Duration. The General Educational Eligibility for entering this course is Higher Secondary (10+2) from any Recognized Board with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as Compulsory Subjects. This Course study is about the Designing & Development of Equipments & Systems, for the Application of Principles, Procedures & Techniques associated with Physical Structure & Substances of Earth, for Human Activity. The Course usually comprised of learning about Remote Sensing, Weathering, Mineral Exploration, Igneous Petrology, Earth’s Magma and Sedimentology. The other contents that are offered during the course study include Crystallography, Mineral Optics, Mineralogy, Geomagnetism, Earth’s Geochronology, Erosion of Resources, Structural Geology, Tectonics, Petroleum Exploration, Fuel Geology, Fossil Analysis, Marine Geology, etc. with variability of the Institution offering the Course.
