This Course study is about the Application of Engineering Principles, Procedures & Techniques associated with the Production, Processing, Preservation and Marketing of Poultry Products. The Course usually comprised of learning about the Poultry Product Processing Techniques, Poultry Meat Technology, Poultry Products Preservation Techniques, Egg Production Technology, Poultry Feed Technology, Poultry Nutrition Management, Poultry Housing Engineering and Environmental Technology.
