The Bachelor of Science (Agroforestry) is an Undergraduate Degree Course of 4 Years (08 Semester) Duration. The General Educational Eligibility for entering this course is Higher Secondary (10+2) from any Recognized Board with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics/Biology as Compulsory Subjects. This Course is combination of Agriculture & Forestry study, in which the Different Techniques of Trees Cultivation along the Farm Land are offered, which not only Promote the Land Management but also Generate Sources of Extra Income, without affecting the Crop. This course offers the knowledge about Crop Physiology, Forest Surveying & Engineering, Geology & Soil Science, Crop Science, Wildlife Biology, Wood Science etc. The other contents that are offered during the course include Tree Nursery Technology, Forest Ecology & Biodiversity, Genetics of Plants & Animals, Pest & Insect Management, Principles of Hydrology, Natural Resource Management etc. with variability of the Institution offering the Course.
