The General Educational Eligibility for entering this course is Bachelor Degree from any Recognized University with Mathematics / Statistics as Compulsory Subjects. This Course is about the study of Aims, Objectives, Instruction Planning, Utilization of Different Skills, various Methods and Resource for Teaching Mathematics i.e. Science of Numbers & Calculations. This course offers the knowledge of Basic Mathematics - Meaning, Nature & Scope, Need & Significance of Teaching Mathematics Fundamentals, Philosophical Perspectives of Education, Planning for Instructions, Designing of Lesson Plan, formulation Effective Instructional Plans, Preparation of Model Lesson Plans, etc. The other contents that are offered during the course include the methods of Teaching Mathematics, Lecture Method, Demonstration Method, Project Method, Teaching Learning Processes, E-learning, Formation of Mathematics Clubs, etc. with variability of the Institution offering the Course.
