The General Educational Eligibility for entering this course is Higher Secondary (10+2) from any Recognized Board with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as Compulsory Subjects. This Course study is about the Engineering Principles, Procedures & Techniques involved in Analysis of the Effect of Earth’s Atmosphere on Other Earth Systems. The Course usually comprised of learning about the Weather & Climate, Observational Techniques, Satellite Meteorology, Atmospheric Thermodynamics, Radiation Engineering, Cloud Physics, Atmospheric Chemistry, Atmospheric Dynamics, Atmospheric Waves and Dynamics of Oscillations. The other contents that are offered during the course study include Dynamics of Waves, Elements of Atmospheric Modeling, Fluid Dynamics, Atmospheric Energetic, Numerical Weather Prediction, Boundary Layer & Turbulence, Air Pollution, Agro-meteorology, Hydro-meteorology, Dynamics of Ocean Circulation, etc. with variability of the Institution offering the Course.
