Sambalpur University

Sambalpur University was established in the year 1966 under Sambalpur University Act passed in Odisha Legislature. The University covers 10 districts of the STATE of Odisha. It is located at campus Jyoti Vihar at Burla. It is recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC).Why to join this University: The university provides specialization in various fields for 27 courses of Post-Graduation. The university was established under Sambalpur University Act passed by Orissa Legislature. The Post-Graduation Departments of Chemistry Life Sciences History Economics Library & Information Sciences and Mathematics have been given Autonomous Status by the University. It has 20 post-graduate departments having more than 34 courses in all.
