LPUNEST 2024 Registration for Schedule 2 will remain open till February 15, 2024. Candidates can apply for the exam at the official website – nest.lpu.in. The slot booking for Schedule 2 began on February 3, 2024. The last date for slot booking is February 15, 2024. The exam is going to be conducted for Schedule I from January 20 to February 5, 2024 and Schedule II from February 15 to February 29, 2024.
LPUNEST 2024 will be conducted in online mode. There were 4 sections viz. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, and English in LPUNEST 2024 Question Paper. Each section holds 33% weightage of the total paper.
LPUNEST 2024 Result will be released within 48 working hours of the exam date. Candidates can check the result at the official website. The last date for the admission is February 20, 2024 for Schedule 1 and March 15, 2024 for Schedule 2.

LPUNEST 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates are advised to check LPUNEST 2024 eligibility criteria before they apply for the entrance exam. Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply for LPUNEST exam. Applicants must have completed or must be appearing in 2024, in the final examination of 10+ 2 from CBSE or ICSE or State Board or any other Council, Institution, college etc.

LPUNEST 2024 Scholarships
LPUNEST 2024 is not only an entrance test but also a scholarship test. LPU grants scholarships based on various factors. Eligible candidates are awarded scholarships based on their performance on any of the following categories:
- Eligibility Qualification
- LPU’s Entrance and Scholarship Test: LPUNEST
- Certain national level tests like JEE Mains, NEET, UCEED, CAT, MAT, GATE, GPAT, MAT etc.
Scholarship Brackets: For all the categories mentioned above, three brackets of Scholarship (Bracket 1, 2 and 3) are set. Each bracket has fixed criteria (scores required in the qualifying exam) that candidates must get to fall in that particular bracket.
The criteria in each bracket will be lowered as it proceeds to the next brackets and the scholarship amount will also decrease. So, the students who fall into Bracket- 1 criteria will get the maximum scholarship as compared to the ones who are in Bracket 2 or 3 categories.

CUET 2024 Marking Scheme
The total marks of the CUET exam vary based on the subjects chosen and the slot allotted to the candidate. The CUET 2024 marking scheme as per NTA is as follows:
- For every correct answer or the most appropriate answer: Five marks (+5)
- For any incorrect option marked will be deducted: one mark (-1)
- Unanswered/Marked for Review will receive no mark (0).
- If more than one option is found correct, Five marks (+5) will be awarded to those who have marked any of the correct options.
- If all options are found correct, Five marks (+5) will be awarded to all those who have attempted the question.
- If none of the options is found correct or a question is found to be wrong or dropped, all candidates who have attempted the dropped question will receive five marks (+5) marks.
LPUNEST 2024 Counselling
LPUNEST 2024 Counselling for each Schedule of the exam will be conducted online. For each round, seats will be allotted separately. Candidates will get seats as per the rank and preferred course and/ or program.
- Once the seats have been allotted, shortlisted candidates are suggested to download the allotment letter and pay an initial fee worth INR 15,000 as a confirmation to seat booking.
- At this stage, shortlisted candidates are supposed to fill the admission form and upload all the required documents. Documents submitted along with the admission form will be verified on the dates mentioned by the conducting body, also, the candidates need to pay the balance fee.

- Application form will be in a format that can be processed by Optical Mark Reader (OMR).
- LPUNEST Kit consists of
- University Information Brochure comprising details of Infrastructure, Global Character, Placements, Academics, Student services, Campus life etc.
- LPUNEST Booklet comprising details of Programmes applicable, Eligibility, Fee and Scholarship, Schedule of Test, Question Paper Pattern, Test Cities etc.
- Application fee once paid will not be refunded.
Application forms can be obtained and submitted using online and offline methods.
LPUNEST 2024 Registration Online:
Online Mode Visit admissions.lpu.in and complete the following steps:
Step 1: Sign Up– Register onto LPUADMIT(admission.lpu.in) with basic details (Name, Email ID, Mobile No., State, Gender and Password).

Step 3: General Information and Qualification details– The application form details like Aadhar card number, address details and qualification details need to be filled by the applicant.
Step 4: Exam Information– Applicant needs to book the slot (preferred venue (if applicable), date and time as per their choice) to appear in the LPUNEST Exam. Applicant can also download the hall ticket from the portal.
LPUNEST 2024 Registration Offline:
Offline Mode LPUNEST Kit may be obtained by the applicant from the University Campus or any other prescribed place by paying cash. Cost of Application form of LPUNEST Kit is Rs. 1000 (for Boys) and Rs. 500 (for Girls).
Once the applicant has obtained the LPUNEST Kit, application form can be submitted by one of the following methods:
1. Manual Application: Fill the full application form (OMR sheet) after reading all the instructions as specified under the head “Instructions for filling Application Form (OMR sheet)” and send it to the university in the self-addressed envelope on the following Address: Block 30, Room No 102, Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar Delhi, GT Road, Phagwara, Punjab, India – 144411
Note: Incomplete application (For example: Declaration not signed) will not be processed. LPU does not take responsibility to inform these applicants. Such applicants will not be able to access the LPU Admit. Applicants are hence advised to duly fill the application form and dispatch it along with complete requisite documents in all respects.
2. Semi-Offline Application: In case applicant is unable to send the hard copy of application form (OMR Sheet), then applicant may scratch the Unique OMR code available on application form (OMR Sheet) and follow the below mentioned steps:
- Sign up on LPU ADMIT portal (admission.lpu.in)
- When prompted for payment, choose the option of Unique OMR Code (given on OMR Sheet)and fill the same.
- After successful submission of online application form, refer the step- 3 of Online Mode option as mentioned above
Note: Printout of the computer-generated application should be retained by the applicant for reference. All our correspondence including test centre booking and Hall Ticket details will be through email only. Therefore, the applicants are requested to get ready with valid email id and mobile number for contact. No separate communication will be done for the same.
For online application, Applicant should have Online Banking facility through Net banking/ Debit card/ Credit card/UPI/Payment wallets.

LPUNEST 2024 Preparation Tips
- Study Strategically: The candidates must prepare a routine in such a way that all important topics are covered.

LPUNEST 2024 Cut Off
LPUNEST 2024 Cutoff is the minimum score a candidate requires to be eligible for admission to Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test. For the academic year 2024-25, the cut-off marks for B.Tech courses can be judged based on the previous year cut-offs. The scholarship will also be awarded to those students who score more than or equal to the cutoff marks.
- The minimum marks are set by the University and are based on a number of factors.
- The cut-off is based on the number of applicants, number of vacant seats, average performance in the entrance test, and last year’s cut off.
- After the cut-off is declared, a Merit List will be prepared on the basis of the candidates’ score in the entrance test.
LPUNEST 2024 Result
LPUNEST 2024 Result for the schedule 2 exam will be announced after 48 hours of exam. The result includes the scores obtained by candidates in the exam based on which they will get ranks. Based on these ranks, shortlisted candidates will get a chance to participate in the counselling process.

LPUNEST 2024 Admit Card
LPUNEST 2024 admit card will be released only for those candidates who have successfully booked their slots for the exam. Candidates can download admit card 2024 immediately after completing their slot booking while candidates whose exam slot will be booked by the university, can download their admit card 48 hours after the slot booking.
The admit card includes all the important details like the candidate’s name, course, exam venue, exam date and time, and exam day guidelines. Admit card is a mandatory document that must be carried while going for the exam, candidates failing to show the admit card on the day of the exam will not be permitted to give the examination.
How to download LPUNEST 2024 Admit Card?
- Book slots as per preference
- After slot booking is done successfully, candidates can see the Admit card immediately
- Cross-check details mentioned in the admit card and contact the authorities in case of any discrepancy
