The General Educational Eligibility for entering this course is Bachelor Degree in the relevant Branch of Engineering / Technology / Architecture. The Tenure of the Course comprises of Course Work (Theoretical) for 03 Semesters & the Research Activity thereafter. During the Course work, the Advanced Study about the Application of Engineering Principles, Procedures & Practices, involved in the Designing & Development of Public Amenities, Facilities & Infrastructure in Urban Environment, is offered. The Research Activity includes the Advancements in Planning Principles & Techniques, Infrastructure Planning, Traffic & Transport Planning, Urban & Regional Planning, Development Management, Demography & Quantative Techniques, Heritage & Urban Conservation, Planning Techniques, Economics of Land Development, Laws in relation to Planning, Planning Administration, Models in Planning, etc. with variability of the Institution offering the Course.
