The Bachelor of Technology (Agricultural & Food Engineering) is an Undergraduate Degree Course of 4 Years (08 Semester) Duration. The General Educational Eligibility for entering this course is Higher Secondary (10+2) from any Recognized Board with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as Compulsory Subjects. This Course study is about the Planning, Supervising & Managing of Agricultural Farms, Farm Machinery, Agricultural Resources & Processing of the Crops making them suitable as Food for Human Consumption. The Course usually comprised of learning about Crop Production Technology, Soil Technology, Agricultural Biotechnology, Agricultural Machinery, Principles of Food Engineering, Post Harvest Engineering and Food Science & Technology. The other contents that are offered during the course study include Irrigation & Drainage Engineering, Diary Process Engineering, Fat & Oil Technology, Grain Storage Principles & Structures, Agricultural Finance Management, Food Processing Models & Structures etc. with variability of the Institution offering the Course.
