The Bachelor program in Hospitality and Hotel Management is a full time regular program that prepares students with all the necessary knowledge, skills and aptitude to efficiently perform supervisory activities in hotels and generally in the Hospitality sector. The program includes focused on the site laboratory work for students so that they gain necessary standards in the operational areas of Food Production and Patisserie, Accommodation Operation, Front Office Management and General House Keeping. It also furnishes inputs in the management of Hotel Accountancy, Human Resource Management, Restaurant Management, Facility Management, Financial Management, Tourism Marketing and Tourism Management, Safety and more. Graduates of this program can find themselves working in hotels and restaurants, cabin crews in airlines, as club managers, as hospital administrators. They can also work in allied portfolios like forestry tourism, food supervision in educational institutes, in railways, armed forces, public sector undertakings and banks.
