The Msc. Multimedia and Animation is a full time 2 years duration course that includes modules separated by different semesters. While one semester focuses on the foundation process, two of the semester involves students working on an intense 3d project. The project is supervised by industry experts and introduces hands on training for the specific project. A live project is the main focus for one of the four semesters. Four electives are available for students to choose from, i.e., 3D Animation, VFX, Advertisement and Documentary Film Making. The students have the option of choosing any of the four alternatives from this list. This is a specifically designed course which aims at giving to the point and intensive knowledge of animation design and visual effects. Additional training is given on supporting practices like character rigging, texture and lighting, visual effects and many more. Students are sure to find similarities in training on modules to work done in professional studios and high quality high budget productions. This enables the students to become employable right out of the course. The one-to-one student machine ration minimizes idle time and maximizes efficiency. The stat-of-the-art software that are being used in the labs include Adobe Photoshop, Autodesk Maya, Max, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Z-Brush, Corel Draw and Fusion.
