The Bachelor of Arts in Animation and Computer Graphics is an undergraduate course that uses concepts from designing, CGI and animation, integrating them to produce entertaining segments of art (games, videos and animations) for the end users. Although the program is skill based and teaches students various practical tools for animation and graphic design, it also teaches them other important aspects directly linked to this course. This includes critical thinking, space awareness, creativity, thinking in 3d, drawing and history of animation. Throughout the course of this program, students are involved in end to end facets of animation and CGI production, right from the development of concept production design to the execution of finished segments. Graduates may get jobs in large movie and television production houses, as well as in Game designing companies. Some of the courses taught include, Visual Perception, Basics of Graphic Design, Animation drawing, Typography, Animation History, Vector Graphics, Photoshop, Web Animation, Motion Graphics, 3D Animation, Graphic Design.
