The Shri Vishwa Mitter Sekhri College of Education, Batala was established in 2003. It is affiliated by Guru Nanak Dev University and is self-financed college. The college offers Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) course. The college has been recognized by National Council for Teachers Education (NCTE).
