With such high ambitions into consideration, the management of the college founded this college in the green and widely spread land on the Daulatpur Road, Near Satsang Bhawan, Dhuri - Distt. Sangrur (Punjab). Vidya Sagar College of Education, Dhuri (Sangrur) is governed by the management committee of 'Vidya Sagar International Educational & Social Welfare Society, Dhuri, Distt. Sangrur (Pb.) The society is a registered body registered under Society Registration Act (XXI) of 1860.
