Universal Polytechnic College, Lalru (Mohali) affiliated to PSBTE & IT has been established by prominent and pioneer Educational Group, Universal Group of Institutions, with the intention of bringing technical education to both urban and rural students. UPC has a campus with modern infrastructural labs with all facilities and well equipped library. Our aim is to make it a college of excellence and to improve the quality of technical education for the student's community. Universal Polytechnic College has been setup with the idea of not just imparting technical know-how with hands-on training to the students after Matric but also for providing them with personal, social and moral growth, thus, providing them with a competitive edge in this era of look-alike institutes. UPC provides three-year diploma in different trades namely, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics & Communication and Computer Science.
