Tirpude College of Social Work

Tirpude College of Social Work was born under the auspices of Yugantar Education Society, Nagpur a premier non-governmental philanthropic organization in Central India devoted and dedicated to the Social Work Training and Education specially among the people belonging to the lower strata of the society. Established on 20th April 1940 by a group of devoted Social Leaders headed by Late Shri. Nashikrao alias Balasaheb Tirpude, the Founder President of the society. Yugantar Education Society through these long years come up to be recognized as one of the pioneer Institute in Central India.Ours is the only college in the faculty of social work in Maharashtra which has been recognized by the UGC as College with Potential for excellence (CPE), has been Accredited twice with `A` Grade by NAAC, Bangalore.
