Swami Vivekanand T.T. College (SVTTC) proffers courses such as B.Ed. From the days of the 'gurukul' system of learning , the relationship between the teacher and the taught has been held in high esteem. The teacher has always been looked upon as a friend philosopher and guide to the student. In today's context education pertains not only to to imparting knowledge but also adapting to ad-hoc changes. Today students are so well informed and equipped with the best technology that teachers need to be trained to understand the needs and adopt modern ways of communicating the knowledge they have to children. While striving to retain our value system,we believe in creating teachers who can be a role mode to the students. At (Swami Vivekananda Teachers Training College) we believe that teaching is not just a noble profession but one that demands immense finese and aptitude. The mission of SVTTC is "to support Indian Government scheme -National Literacy Mission and to work for the development of education,culture and health specially in rural areas for men,women and children with special preference to child and women belonging to Schedule Caste,Schedule Tribe, Backward & General Classes promoting adult education & Vocational education."
