Swami Dayananda College of Arts and Science

The Swami Dayananda College of Arts and Science, the focal point of the village?s educational aspirations, is a unique experiment in rural empowerment through education, with a focus on educating young women in the area. Through its various courses in the bachelor?s, master?s and diploma levels, the college, with its state-of-the-art infrastructure, enables young women and men to come out of the debilitating shackles of ignorance and poverty. More than two-thirds of the students are first generation graduates in their family and education has enabled them to take the next step towards rural prosperity.
