Shri Ganesh Rai Postgraduate College

The geographical coordinates shri Ganesh Rai P.G.College is 25degree 32' 30" north, 83degree 9' 5" east situated in khujjhi morh on varanasi Azamgarh highway. The shri Ganesh Rai P.G.College spans across 2 km area. This college is one of the several academic institutions running in the same campus managed by Shri Ganesh Rai Educational Society. Late Shri Mathura Singh freedom fighter, the landlord of Bardihha estate established this college in the year 1939. At that time, it started as a High School but at present there are several institutions running in this campus. The shri Ganesh Rai P.G.College, Dobhi,Jaunpur started functioning as a degree college in the year 1964 with only a few graduation level courses in Arts and Commerce. At present the shri Ganesh Rai P.G.College provides for higher education in several courses at graduate and post-graduate level.
