Shri Bhagwan College of Pharmacy

Shri Bhagwan College of Pharmacy is situated in the Bhagwan Shikshan Prasarak Mandal's (BSPM) campus in Aurangabad. To promote the noble cause of education, it was founded by Late Dr. Y. S. Khedkar and approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi. The college is affiliated to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. The College has symbolized excellence in quality education for the last fourteen years. It was established with well defined objective to bring about all round development of students & to create technically skilled manpower in the various fields. The college has not only been imparting education but also inculcating moral, ethical and social values into the students which is enlighting their future in the professional, personal and social sphere. Every achievement and endeavor of the college is consistently prompted by the dedicated visionary and passion of Dr. R.Y. Khedkar, Chairman of Bhagwan Shikshan Prasarak Mandal. We understand that in such era of rapid changes the only uncertainty is certainty. Therefore, Pharmacy education institutions, Universities, Govt, regulatory bodies (AICTE, PCI and DTE of M.S.) with the partnerships of Pharmaceutical and healthcare industries must analyze and understand the situation and work together with new attitude, vision and destiny for evolving the state-of-the-art of Pharmacy education in India. This would require a well-designed curriculum and syllabus, resource identification, faculty development and student development. The Pharmaceutical industries are already driven to adopt new corporate strategies renewed management culture and systems, application of innovative technologies, intellectual related activities like Contract Clinical and development research, IPR, horizontal and vertical technology transfer. Keeping in pace with the requirement of job oriented technical education, the college had been established in 1996. The College has been focusing on producing highly qualified professional individuals through systematic academic program on basic Pharmaceutical science. Tried to provide the services that are needed for the development of the national scientific technology in area related to Pharmaceutical sciences.
