Bachoolal Rathore, who was the source of inspiration for this Educational Institution. The founder of the society Mr/Mrs. Rathore is the lising Ideal of the Education of Economically poorStudends. He is the lising slative of sacrifice & devotion. Shri Baba Anandeshwar Shiksha prasar Samiti has doneted near about Sq meter land to the management committe of Shri Baba Anandeshwar Mahavidyalaya. Mr. Sanjeev Rathore the manager of Shri Baba Anandeshwar Shiksha Prasar Samiti strongly feels. the student of this perticuler area lacking the quality higher Education specialy girls of this area is most sufferer. On the basis of this deology the society have the objectives to provoide quality education to the students of tikra and nearby area.As the meal Educational development of this area could not lake place though. it is very close to Kanpur Maha Nagar.
