SES College

S.E.S College, Sreekandapuram, nestling in scenic surroundings, is one of the most reputed colleges affiliated to Kannur University. Envisioned by Sreekandapuram Educational Society and established in 1981, S.E.S College has been imparting quality education for the last 33 years. The college is envisaged to cater to the academic aspirations of the people in the panchayaths of Sreekandapuram, Malapattam, Mayyil, Irikkur, Padiyoor, Ulikkal, Payyavoor, Eruvessi, Naduvil, Chengalayi and Kurumathur. The institution had a humble beginning as a junior college affiliated to Calicut University and offering Pre-degree courses. In 1991, the college was upgraded to a first grade college by commencing an undergraduate course in Mathematics. With the gradual delinking of Pre-degree, more undergraduate courses were started. In 2013, the college started its first postgraduate course.
