RKR College of Education

RKR College of Education started in 2005 is a premier and promoter of Higher education, located on Tiruppur road just 1 km. from the central bus-stand, Udumalpet. It is spread over an area of 5.6 acres surrounded by evergreen trees and plants which create a congenial atmosphere for acquiring higher education for any teacher- trainee .This institution is the first College of Education in the then Pollachi Educational District, Coimbatore Revenue District .The courses offered by our college are recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi and by Tamilnadu Government. Our college aims at man-making and character-building among the teacher-trainees as advocated by Swami Vivekananda and Mahatma Gandhi.
