Under the aegis of Shri Om Parkash Bansal Educational and Social Welfare Trust, Mandi Gobindgarh and able stewardship of Visionary Dr. Hukam Chand Bansal RIMT has been providing seamless and unlimited growth to its students. Ascertaining the role, technology would play in the future , the visionary Chairman setup the Trust's first College, RIMT - Institute of Management & Computer Technology way back in 2001. Soon after, he setup RIMT- Institute of Engineering & Technology (2003), RIMT - College of Architecture (2004) and RIMT - Polytechnic College (2005), RIMT - College of Education (2005)
