The college was established in April 2006 with two streams i.e. Arts and Commerce in this rural area of Saha with the motive of bringing the rural students to the mainstream by providing higher education to the youths especially to the girls. The first session of the college was started on 5 August 2006 with the blessings of the then Education Minister of Haryana Chaudhary Phool Chand Mullana.
