Pragathi First Grade College for women was started at vijayapura in the year 2001 by Malingappaji as the founder president under the aegis of Nagareshwara Swami Educational Trust(R) with the sole purpose of imparting quality education. The goals of the college is to help for the upliftment of women from back and rural areas. And to motivate women to play a constructive and effective role in the society. The college offers the course BA (H.E.P) Bsc (PCM) and Bcom. The effective teaching will be given by excellent & trained lecturers on the basis of Psychology.
