Panineeya Mahavidyalaya College of Education was established in 1983 with an affiliation to the Osmania University, Hyderabad. Sanskrit is a compulsory additional subject in the bachelor of education program along with the prescribed syllabus. This institution has rapidly attained a prominent status amongst the teacher training colleges of Andhra Pradesh with astonishing record of performance in the university examination. In keeping with the objectives of our state and our country to improve the lot of women, our teacher training program is exclusively set up for women. The institution imparts training and daily practice of yoga exercise. This has contributed to the enrichment of the program of building up a new perspective in students with reference to the role of the teacher in shaping the destiny of the nation
