Consequently an educational committee, under the name of ?Shiv Gulam Sishu Siksha Niketan Samiti? came into existence in the year 1978 that founded oxford model sr. sec. school in July 1990 which was affiliated to CBSE on 09.11.2002 for classes I to X. keeping in the view its fool proof functioning it was upgraded for classes XI & XII also on 13.09.2002 with its extension that was granted on 02.09.2005. Presently the school is imparting an ideal education to its pupils (both boys & girls) making them physically fit, mentally alert and spiritually sound in the streams of science, commerce & arts. After few decades the committee realized the educational as well as the professional need of the modern society and founded. The ?Oxford Model Institute of Advance Studies? affiliated to C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur and approved by NCTE, New Delhi. Which imparting teaching and training professional program bachelor in education (B.Ed.) that have been bringing up here the teaching professional demanded by modern society.
