To remove educational backwardness among the rural masses of North Guwahati in particular and the vast adjacent areas in general, and to provide them with an access to Higher Education, thereby giving them a social standing. In view of this vision, the mission of the Institution is the inclusive growth, that is, a growth process which yields broad ?based benefits and ensures equality of opportunity for all. This includes rapid growth that reduces poverty and creates employment opportunities, access to essential services in health and education especially for the poor, empowerment through education and skill development, environmental sustainability, recognition of women?s agency and good governance.
