Mohammad Abdul Bari Institute of Judicial Science, Murshidabad was established in the year 2008 by Maniknagar Social Welfare Society. The aim of the college is to provide quality legal education and to produce talented law professionals. The motive of the institution is to make legal luminaries who will not establish themselves within India but also outside India.
