MIER College of Education

Mier college of education, which has the proud distinction of being the first college of education in the private sector in jammu province, was established in the year 1981. The college stands recognized by the government of j&k and is permanently affiliated to the university of jammu. It is recognized by the university grants commission under section 2(f) and 12b of the ugc act. Mier college of education is the first college in j&k state to receive the iso 9001:2008 certification for its quality management system and to be accredited with ?a? grade by the national assessment and accreditation council (naac). The ugc has also conferred autonomous status to the mier college.
