Master Tara Singh Memorial College for Women

Established in 1968, Master Tara Singh Memorial College For Women, Ludhiana was the first women college to commemorate the cherished memory of Master Tara Singh an educationist and a great visionary-to serve the cause of women education with about 150 students and 7 teachers. It has taken a tremendous leap in the academic, cultural and sports field and has carved an enviable niche for itself among the women colleges of the city. From a cramped and threatening space, the shifting of building to wider, better and greener space bears a testimony to the tremendous strides it has taken since its inception.
