The Mar Gregorios College of Law, Trivandrum seeks to groom future lawyers who will imbibe, interpret and improve the laws of our land and the wider world outside. They will grow in graceful allegiance to the Constitution of India, acquiring legal acumen and professional ethics, picking up the protocols of international law but above all dedicating themselves to Truth and the Pursuit of Justice. The college perpetuates the revered memory of a spiritual luminary, who led the Malankara Syrian Catholic Church for four decades. Archbishop Benedict Mar Gregorios spent a lifetime addressing the spiritual and material needs of human society much beyond his pastoral flock. Today, many in our part of the world thirst for justice- legal and social. Mother Nature too pleads silently for clemency. The young men and women who study in this new institution in the Mar Ivanios Vidya Nagar will master the traditional and modern facets of jurisprudence. They will benefit from the guidance of an excellent faculty and the support of the finest academic amenities in preparing for a noble profession.
