Mahatma Phule College of Social Studies and Social Works

The college has introduced a new programme leading to a certificate, the major thrust being gender sensitivity. The Women Study Centre of North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon and Mahatma Fuley College of Social Work have jointly introduced a certificate Course on Gender Sensitivity.The inaugural ceremony was presided over by Senior Director of the Governing Body of the Trust,Shri S.R. Suryawanshi. The chief guests were Prof. Dr. Shobha Shinde,Director of the Women Study Centre, Prof. Manjushri Landage of North Maharashtra University Jalgaon and Actg.Principal And Dy. President of the College Trust Prof. S.G.Mali and Shri Narendrabhai Patil.The function was convened by the Course co-ordinator Prof. Nilesh Gaikwad along with Prof. Vikas Jadhav of NMU,Jalgaon. Prof. Usha Vasave, Prof. Thakur, Prin. C.H. Rajkule, Mr. S.K. Patel,Ms. Hemlata Vasave, Ms. Wani and a large number of students were also present for the function
