K.S.G.C. Degree College is an institution for higher education surveying in remote vicinity of village area. This degree college was founded by Late Shre Jhau Lal Sharma in 2001, who also belong to small village called Dhanauri situated in district of G.B.Nagar. Late Shri Jahu Lal Sharma initially laid a foundation stone of the college in this village in 1974. He was not well educated, because there was no school and college in this remote village and locality. But with his great effort and hard work, he was success to start school and now Degree College in this vicinity. In the absence of the school and college in this large are was illiterate. Late Shri Jahu Lal Sharma farsighted vision and mission, large section of peoples from this large area get enlightened with education. Finally he was success in uncovered the black cloud of illiteracy from large number of peoples from this vicinity. College has always stood steadfast as a champion of some basic values which have acquired greater relevance in contemporary times. The college in its long history has accommodated students and faculty of different communities.
