The Jayanthi Charitable Trust was founded in the year 2001 by the eminent Agriculturalist and Industralist MrKKRISHNAN The object of the trust is to establish, maintain and promote education, provide medical releif to the needy home to the deprived and aged people and other objects of public utility The trust has ventured into the field of education in the year 2005 - 06 with 52 students as JAYANTHI Nursery and Primary School and now by promoting the same into Jayanthi Matric Hr Sec School The school follows the Samacheer syllabus along with value added books Apart from the formal education, traditional values and Indian cultural unity of all religion Community service is given emphasis Great attention is paid to fine arts and extra curricular activities We have intrduced Educom smart classes from KG to XII Std to induce the power of understanding and comprehending the subject with the help of visual communication through plasma TV In collaboration with Bharathidasan University diploma in Computer Education is conducted To improve the communicative skill of the students, spoken language classes are conducted in modernised language Lab The academinc work is carried on by a team of devoted and dedicated teachers and the Principal under the able guidance of the correspondent
