The Institute of Tourism & Hospitality Management was established in the year 2007. The Institute has anticipating the need for scholarly and professional expertise to meet the ever dynamic global needs in Aviation- Hospitality, Hotel management, travel & tourism, retail & event management. The Institute has its first of its kind that offers a unique blend of both the soft skills of hotel management and the technical skills of facilities management of hotels, resorts, commercial buildings, hospitals and other properties. The college degree courses focus on preparing students for supervisory and management trainee positions in key areas of the hotel industry. ITHM also has an active Institute Industry advisory committee consisting of industry leaders who provide advice on curriculum and development matters and it helps to ensure that our curricular mirror the realities and fulfill the needs of industry, both today and in the future. The Institute has a mock up hotel Guest room, a front desk area, a food & beverage area with mock bar set up which are well equipped with furniture & modern equipment?s. Institute also has a Mock Aviation Lab. & a Kitchen Lab to enhance the teaching of hospitality management modules.
