The Apex Body Of This Institute Is Governed And Advised By Public Sector And Multinational Companies. This Is Managed By Highly Provisional And Technically Qualified Industry Experts. The Institute Aims To Provide The Students With The Highest Quality Education And Training Available And To Ensure That The Training They Receive Meets All Requirements As Per Factories Act. The Factories Act, 1948, A Labour Welfare Legislation, Has Been Enacted With The Prime Object Of Protecting Workmen Employed In Factories Against Industrial And Occupational Hazards, And With That Intent It Imposes Upon The Owners And Occupiers The Certain Obligations To Protect The Workers Unwary As Well As Negligent And To Secure For Them Employment Conducive And Safe. The Object Of The Act Is To Protect Human Beings From Being Subject To Unduly Long Hours Of Bodily Strain And Manual Labour. To Regulate These Act And Rules Posting Of Qualified Safety Officers With Adequate Knowledge In Industrial Safety, Health, And Environment Is Mandatory. The Factories Act 1948 Section 40 B Calls For Safety Officers. The Requirement Of Safety Officers In Each Industries Are Published Through The State Government Gazette. It Is Very Important To Note That Presently There Is No Technical Institute Providing Such Courses. Govt. Of India Has Given A Provision At Rli And Cli To Run This Course For Employees Working In Industries With 2 To 5 Years Experience Only. This Is Not Able To Meet The Growing Requirement Of The Country. Iimshe Endeavors To Widen The Horizon Of Career Options For Our Students.
