Addmission is secured by an All India Entrance test organized by National Council for Hotel Management, Pusa, New Delhi and presently it offers 55 seats for boys and girls. The course offered is Three-year Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition. This institute was established in the year 1980 by National Council for Hotel Management, Pusa, New Delhi. Initially is was a Food Craft Institute but later on it was upgraded to IHMCTAN.
