Teacher-Training (Pre-Primary and Primary) is essential in all countries as it is the base of life. According to Mahatma Gandhi ? ?By education I mean an all ? round development of the child body, mind and spirit.? For this purpose also teacher-training is essential at the Pre-Primary and Primary level.
