Holy Cross College of Education

Holy Cross College of Education, run by the congregation of the Sisters of the Cross of Chavanod, was established in July 2008 with well defined vision ?Enlightened to empower and in moulding students to be creative and efficient teachers of all round development. The college offers B.Ed programme through self-financing stream. The college is recognized by NCTE, Bangalore by its order No.F.SRO/NCTE/B.Ed/2006-2007, dated 14.03.2008 for an intake of 100 students and affiliated to Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University, Chennai. The Governing Body of the society Congregation of the sisters of the Cross of Chavanod resolved to approve the vesting of ownership of the land measuring 7230.04 Sq.ft (671.94 Sq.mt) comprised in T.S.22/1 and land measuring 27234.96 Sq.ft. (2530.12 Sq.mt) comprised in T.S.23 with Holy Cross College of Education, which has established by the society, in compliance of the norms prescribed by the NCTE.
