Himachal institute of pharmaceutical Education and Research (HIPER), Nadaun, Hamirpur, H.P. has established in the year 2008 by Smt. Kesari Devi Educational Trust, Nadaun. The trust was established by the trustees under the provisions of ?Indian Trust act? in the year 2004 for establishing an educational Institute providing technical education at grass root level in the rural area of Himachal Pradesh. This is a premier Institute of not only this region but also of the Himachal Pradesh state where Excellency is in teaching and learning process.
