Guru Nanak College of Education (GNCE), Punjabi Bagh, was established by the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee in August 2003 with an objective to provide pre- service teacher education facility of high quality and help in the overall improvement of school education. Since its inception it is working on the mission to empower the prospective teachers, to optimally realize their potentials and rendering them as competent teachers to serve the mankind. It is a Sikh Minority College affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and approved by NCTE. The college has an intake of 100 students. Seats are allotted to the Sikh students and other students on the basis of their merits in the Combined Entrance Test held by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. The college has ISO 9001-2008 certification.
