Harish Chandra Kushwaha Founder and Principal, Shishu Vidya Mandir, Vishwa Bandhu shiksha Niketan, Gulab Degree College, Bal Vikas Kendra, Rani Braj Rani Girls College Sandi Hardoi with co-operation of his family members Shri Ram Chandra, Dr. Ram Bilas, Shri Sachchida Nand Advocate, Shri Vidya Nand, Shri Suraj Bali Maurya, Smt. Kusum Maurya, Smt. Girja, Smt. Ram Beti, Smt. Rashmi, Smt. Suman, Smt. Madhu Maurya, Smt. Deepshikha, other relatives, friends and others constituted managing society of his Pujya father Late Fulandar (Shri Ful Chandra) and mother Late Smt Braj Rani and grand father Late Gulab Kushwaha and grand mother Late Smt. Rani Kushwaha established this Institution Gulab Fulandar Vidhi Mahavidyalaya, Sandi, Hardoi. Society is registered and approved by University. Kushwaha Family donated the Land and built the college building and sacrificed much to develop this Law College. Gulab Fulandar Vidhi Mahavidyalaya, Sandi is nearest from Hardoi District Court, 13Km. far from Bilgram Tehsil, having S.D.M. Court and other Revenue Courts. The Consolidation Court is also situated in Kasba Sandi. The Law College is established on November 15,2005, Tuesday,Kartik Purnima day of Guru Nanak Jayanti in Sandi Nagar Palika Parishad. Shri Neeraj Kumar, Shri Pankaj Kumar, Shri Amit Kumar, Shri Anurag Kumar, Shri Rachit Kumar Office Superintendent Shri Dheeraj Kumar is hardworker and foundation stone of this college and sacrificed much in flourishing this institution. All members of management, teachers and staff are devoted to light the light of learning and wisdom of social uplifting and impart the higher education with value and culture so that Youth of this college with devotion to nation can face the challenges of globalization in the field of Arts, Science, Technology and Law. Mahavidyalaya is affiliated by U.P. Govt. in Law stream in 2009 to C.S.J.M. University Kanpur. As soon as possible in future management has planned to start Law 10 + 2 five year course, Honour?s, L.L.M.P.G. etc. It is an educated community where students of various religious and cultural backgrounds study and work together in a congenial atmosphere. Keeping pace with changing times and observing the changing out look of the students the College has been constantly and consistently upgrading its motives and objectives. For the students of rural areas we offer a higher level of Law education which they can not afford. The main Object of our college is to provide quality Law education. The manager of our college guides the students towards their discipline and responsibilities so that they can help in country development. The College vision & Mission is contributing to reductions in illiteracy and unemployment in boys & girls.
