Government Ripudaman College

Named after the patriotic king of Nabha State, His Highness Maharaja Ripudaman Singh, the college is one of the oldest colleges of the state. The main college building, surrounded by beautiful, shady and fruit trees, was specially built as the summer palace of the Maharaja. Also famous as "Pucca Baagh", the main building is a wonderful and rare monument of architecture. The patriotic Maharaja, His Highness Ripudaman Singh, was exiled by the British Government. His summer palace was donated by the royal family to start the college in order to provide higher education to the aspiring learners of the area.
