Government Post Graduate College

In Indian culture knowledge is at supreme position. Keeping in this view, the college has selected its ideal-No salvation without knowledge. It means man cannot be emancipated without knowledge. So knowledge is supreme objective in human life. To keep alive this healthy tradition and to fulfill the demand of higher education of the people of Bhiwani and its catchments area, the founder of Haryana and Chief Minister of Haryana of that times Ch. Bansi Lal founded this college in 1971. In the beginning Govt. College did not have its own building. So its first academic session was started in the hostel of ITI, Bhiwani. Its construction was started in 1972.
